• MD or DO required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Neonatology, NICU coverage, or newborn intensive care
• NRP certification required
• Ability to provide comprehensive neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU setting
• Comfortable supporting coverage at multiple central Pennsylvania sites

• Provide 24-hour in-house NICU coverage as a locum tenens neonatology physician
• Perform daily rounds and manage ongoing patient care for neonatal patients
• Support delivery room coverage and immediate newborn stabilization as needed
• Complete prenatal consultations when requested
• Assist with transport services and coordination of neonatal care across sites
• Perform routine NICU procedures, including endotracheal intubation, umbilical line placement, and chest tube placement
• Collaborate with neonatal APPs, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
