Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical exams and comprehensive medical history assessments
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory results

• Provide intraoperative assistance, which includes preparing operating rooms, assuring appropriate patient positioning, and delivering surgical instruments during procedures
• Offer remarkable pre- and post-surgical care, encompassing medication management, wound treatment, discharge planning, and patient education

Required Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preferred completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical practice

Required Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
