Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we invite you to apply and grow with us. Responsibilities include however are not limited to:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
- Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines clearly
- Work with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Keep customers updated on repair status
- Prepare and review service orders for accuracy
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
