Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Assistant Manager Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Enforce established policies, procedures and standards. Schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, and ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs. Meet customer expectations and maintain the safety of team members. Service Manager Responsibilities Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under‑car repair services. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. Deliver timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance. Ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strive to meet expectations. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. One year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
