MD Anesthesiologist - Office-Based Pediatric Dental Multiple openings across Oregon & Washington | Exceptional Flexibility | Real Work-Life Balance Oregon: Eugene • Lake Oswego • Medford • Portland • Roseburg • Salem • Springfield Washington: Federal Way • Pasco • Puyallup At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care - Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) , we deliver high-quality, office-based anesthesia across pediatric dental offices throughout the Pacific Northwest - and we're hiring across all of our markets. We're seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office-based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. No complex pediatric cases - just thoughtful, well-run care in a calm environment. Why This Role Stands Out Many of our dental offices start early and finish early, with days often wrapping up by 1-2 PM. That means more time for family, personal commitments, outdoor adventures, or simply enjoying where you live. We're open to building a schedule that works for you. A Practice That's Growing Our work today is 100% pediatric dental - but we're a growing business, expanding into adult dental, GI, and ENT. That means real opportunity to broaden your scope and grow alongside the practice, not just fill shifts. What You'll Be Doing- Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
- Healthy, low-acuity pediatric patients
- Efficient, predictable workflows
- One location per day
- Support from experienced clinical and operational teams
- Office-based, ambulatory-only anesthesia
- Low-stress, efficient pediatric dental cases
- Strong clinical and operational support
- A growing practice with room to evolve into adult dental, GI, and ENT
- MD Anesthesiologist (pediatric fellowship not required)
- Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
- Active Oregon and/or Washington license, or willingness to obtain
- Enjoys autonomy and flexible scheduling
- Values quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
- Interested in growing with a practice - not just filling shifts
