We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-Expertise in JDE World Soft Finance.JDE E1 S&D functional and technical development experience Should have experience of 2 AMS projects around JDE World starting from transition. Communicate effectively with application development and support teams regarding issues.Hands on experience in SLA driven production supportEffective communicator and good interpersonal skills.Should have experience in working on proposals in JDE & generating new business opportunities Should have capabilities to do project estimation, resource sizing, and Risks evaluation and mitigation plans for different size of business opportunities.Should be capable in attending client workshops, gathering business requirements, mapping to JDE and doing Gap analysis and fitment.Should have strong leadership skills with capability to manage multi culture and virtual teams at onsite and offshore.Ability to train and manage junior team for delivery and meeting SLA’s.Willing to work in shifts during US time zoneQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience within the IT Sector.Additional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
