We're looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician who is ready to jump in, make an impact, and grow alongside a team that genuinely values what you bring to the table. What You'll Be Doing * Keeping accurate medical records and answering client questions. * Prepping patients for exams and surgeries, monitoring anesthesia. * Administering medications as directed. * Assisting with lab testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples. * Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, exam rooms, and kennels. * Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures. * Educating pet parents on treatments, medications, and follow-up care. * Partnering closely with DVMs to provide top-tier patient care. You are... * A Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, or RVT) or a newly licensed grad fresh out of school * Some hands-on experience is great, but we are genuinely happy to train the right person up * Love animals and bring a calm, steady presence to every situation. * Eager to learn and grow in anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, dental procedures, and diagnostics * Passionate about patient care and building genuine relationships with clients * Excited by variety, whether that's a routine wellness visit, an exotic patient, or a complex case * A dependable team player who communicates clearly and lifts others up * Ready to grow and we will meet you where you are Compensation * Starting at $25+/hr based on experience * Sign-On Bonus Available: We're serious about finding the right person and we're ready to show it.
