Your unique perspective and experience are valuable assets that can translate into a rewarding career path with us.Job Summary – McKesson is seeking an Associate Maintenance Technician.The Associate Maintenance Technician will assist in the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Respond to and troubleshoot maintenance requests, including minor repairs to building infrastructure, equipment, and fixtures.Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and installations.Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep tasks.Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Job Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred.Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, and climbing ladders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Minimum Education & Work ExperienceTypically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.May have degree or equivalent.Working ConditionsShift – This is a shift position. Will work 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.Onsite – 4971 Southridge, Suite 101, Memphis, TN 38141.Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.McKesson complies with all applicable U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
