Sales Manager

Stateline Maserati Alfa Romeo is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. In this role, you will lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure outstanding customer service standards. Your leadership will be key in fostering a dynamic and successful sales environment that aligns with our commitment to excellence and luxury automotive experience. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior management. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury automotive sales. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
