Maintenance CNC Machinist - $22-$38/HR - 1st shift

Responsible for designing the parts to be made.

Responsible for machining parts and components to support manufacturing needs. Combines CAD/CAM design with small batch, mixed production hands-on machining using CNC milling and slant bed lathes, welding, and troubleshooting of mechanical issues.

Location: Blaine, MN 55449

1st | Mon-Fri | 7am-3:30pm

Pay Range: $22-$38/HR

What will you be doing?

• Ability to set up and operate manual and CNC(Hurco) machining equipment (mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.)

• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.

• Ability to design and produce parts to precise specifications.

• Create and send component drawings to 3 rd party machining as needed.

• Experience in small batch, mixed production environments.

• Perform welding and cutting as needed

• Fabricate and modify equipment, guards, and fixtures as needed

• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations on equipment improvements

• Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications

• Document work in CMMS (maintenance management system)

• Assist with continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
