Lathe Machinist

CNC Machinist 1st Shift Location: Bloomington, MN Schedule: MondayThursday, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm What You'll Do Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to customer specifications Set up machines, including adjusting and changing tooling Perform one full setup approximately every two weeks, involving a longer tooling/inserts changeover Inspect parts during production using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic preventive maintenance, including checking/refilling fluids and monitoring filters Why You'll Love Working Here Annual pay raises based on longevity and performance Opportunities for future leadership roles Internal training available for on-site programming positions Benefits include 401(k) and health insurance Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26-$31 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
