What You'll Do Perform complete setups and operate CNC Hyper Quadrex turning centers Machine high-precision parts to tight tolerances Partner with the Lathe Manager and Engineering team to: Troubleshoot and optimize programs Improve machining processes Resolve production and tooling issues Monitor tool wear and maintain consistent quality throughout runs Make program edits and adjustments using Fanuc controls (G & M code) Maintain accurate setup sheets and production documentation What You Bring Strong experience in CNC lathe setup and operation Ability to troubleshoot issues directly at the machine Experience working in tight-tolerance, precision environments Familiarity with Fanuc controls Experience with Hyper Quadrex machines (highly preferred) Experience with Nakamura, Miyano, or similar equipment (a plus) Experience supporting industries like: Aerospace Medical Defense/Military Data storage (preferred but not required) Why You'll Want This Job Pay: $28$35/hr + weekly pay Stable, family-owned company that values employees Clean, climate-controlled facility Ongoing investment in new technology and machines Collaborative culture between machinists, tooling, and engineering Real opportunities for career growth and advancement Work Environment First shift only no rotating schedules Over 110 employees in a well-organized shop Modern equipment with Fanuc controls (G & M code) High-mix, precision work across multiple industries for variety and challenge Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fridley, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
