Paint Line Loader II

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Paint Line Loader II. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment, supporting the painting and assembly processes within the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will enable them to thrive and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Paint Line Loader II

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $23 per hour

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Load and manipulate parts manually and mechanically through the manufacturing paint department to ensure quality painted products.
• Assist with paint prep tasks such as debris removal, masking, and cleaning parts prior to painting in the oven.
• Handle material movement, including attaching and removing parts from conveyor systems, and ensuring proper identification and counts.
• Perform minor rework on painted parts, including sanding and touch-up to meet quality standards.
• Operate forklift trucks for various material handling duties while maintaining safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in material handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate a forklift truck legally and safely.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform overhead work as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills to follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
