Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industry.* Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.* Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into action plans.* Outstanding client relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.* Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a related field.* Professional certifications (such as PMP or LEED).* Experience in a global or multi-office environment.* Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management.* Proven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
