Commercial Superintendent

The role is hands-on by design: on-site oversight of trade partners, schedule accountability, and consistent quality and safety standards as each project advances through its phases. The company backs this with real investment in the people running its jobsites.

• Superintendent or site-lead experience on commercial construction projects

• Proven subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and jobsite safety management

• Strong drawing and specification literacy

• OSHA 30 certification

• Experience with project management software such as Procore

• Background in ground-up commercial construction, office, retail, or industrial
