Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician AGS is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help keep the game going. Responsibilities Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment. Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. Complete paperwork and reports promptly, with detail and accuracy. Provide best‑in‑the‑business customer service to internal and external customers. Resolve service incidents quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary. Track required parts and inventory. Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with other technicians. Follow all safety protocols and maintain calm in high‑energy environments. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking. Experience with electronics/computer networking preferred; gaming experience a bonus. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to obtain licensing through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions. Additional Information Travel to different casinos and customers in the territory. Physical requirements: on feet, walking, standing, sometimes bending and squatting for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
