Preventative Maintenance Technician

Schedule Monday-Friday schedule can vary pending availability. Job Description Sohn Linen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Lansing, MI as a Preventative Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our equipment and facilities are operating at optimal levels to prevent any potential issues and maintain a smooth workflow. Compensation This will be an hourly position with pay based on experience. Increase occurs once fully trained to work on equipment independently. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and address maintenance needs in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Available during shift times of 3pm-11:30pm If you are a self-motivated individual who wants to grow within a company, we want to hear from you!
