Description The Associate Director of Enrollment Services (ADES) collaborates with the Director of Enrollment Services to lead and manage the Enrollment Services department at the campus level. ADES is responsible for hiring, training, and developing new enrollment services representatives, ensuring that all prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate, compliant, and exceptional customer service. ADES is accountable for meeting or exceeding all performance expectations and achieving team goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This is an on-site, student-facing position. Ensure full compliance with all recruiting activities, adhering to all laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities, while upholding Carrington College's conduct and ethics expectations. Provide leadership, training, development, and performance management for all enrollment services team members. Train new Enrollment Services Associates to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Assign individual performance goals to each member of the Enrollment Services team and review progress toward these goals on a daily and weekly basis. Manage recruitment activities to maximize efficiency and meet or exceed team goals. Conduct required daily meetings with each enrollment services employee. Perform all required observations with each enrollment services associate (ESA), with additional observations as needed based on quality, compliance, and overall performance. Document and review all observations with the ESA timely and thoroughly. Provide one-on-one and team training to enhance skills and performance. Collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs for cross-departmental meetings and training sessions. Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for enrollment services employees. Conduct New Student Reviews (NSR) and ensure that enrollment services employees follow up with both enrolled and interviewed students. Assist the campus in networking and developing professional relationships to generate inquiries at the campus level. Provide accurate and timely enrollment forecasts. Maintain appropriate staffing levels. Establish and maintain an effective system of communication with all departments. Engage in campus community events and activities. Complete other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has direct supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving complaints and problems. Training and Development – Provide sufficient orientation, training, and development opportunities, encouraging self-development. Qualifications Associate Degree required from an accredited college or university; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions experience. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. Demonstrated multi-tasking and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Physical Requirements Regular sit, use of hands for finger and arm reach, talk and hear; frequently walk; occasionally stand, climb or balance; lift up to ten pounds regularly, up to twenty-five pounds frequently, and up to fifty pounds occasionally. Environmental conditions include exposure to wet/humid or outdoor weather, moderate noise, and occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions outside the workplace.
