Your role will focus on the execution and oversight of key payer disruption workflows, including Jira intake, payer vetting coordination, and disruption impact support. Location Belfast Job Responsibilities Perform first‑pass review of all payer disruption Jira submissions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriate routing. Own and manage the regular payer vetting cadence, including tracking status, identifying follow‑ups, and ensuring timely completion. Partner with and support offshore teams performing payer vetting activities, providing clarification, guidance, and issue escalation as needed. Manage and execute special payer vetting requests outside of standard disruption vetting workflows. Support disruption impact assessments by gathering data, validating findings, and documenting operational and workflow impacts. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues within payer disruption processes and implement approved improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, payer services, or a related area. Experience working with payer vetting, payer escalation, or disruption‑related workflows. Proficiency using Jira or similar ticketing/workflow management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data and assess impacts. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration with offshore partners and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and independently execute assigned responsibilities. Compensation Base salary: $38,000 – $64,000.
