Solutions Consultant

Partnering with sales teams, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will demonstrate the value of Zywave's solutions to clients by conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored presentations, and supporting implementation planning. Key responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions to identify client challenges and translate business needs into customized solution demonstrations Create and refine presales assets, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging Provide guidance on solution design and configuration during implementation planning to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery Required qualifications Strong consulting and presales skills, including experience in conducting discovery and delivering product demonstrations Proven sales support experience, particularly in partnering with account executives to drive opportunities to closure Solid analytical skills to interpret complex business problems and translate data findings into solution recommendations Effective project management skills to coordinate presales activities and manage timelines Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
