THE ROLE

Work within the Global Sales Organization (GSO) Program Management Office to lead complex, cross-functional programs that advance strategic Sales and Go-to-Market priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead complex, cross-functional Sales and GTM transformation programs end-to-end, translating strategic business priorities into clear scope, outcomes, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Manage multiple strategic programs and interconnected workstreams simultaneously, independently driving execution from initial strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Bring a strong understanding of Sales and GTM organizations, processes, and operating models, partnering across Sales Leadership, Sales/Revenue Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Channel/Partners, Product, Finance, IT, and other functions to drive business outcomes.
• Establish and drive business-centric program governance and operating rhythms, including integrated program plans, executive decision forums, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, resource planning, change control, and clear accountability across workstreams.
• Navigate complex and ambiguous business problems, independently assessing issues, identifying options and tradeoffs, and developing recommendations that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, KPIs, adoption measures, business cases, and ROI, ensuring programs remain focused on delivering business value rather than activity alone.
• Develop a deep understanding of the seller and field experience, identifying cross-functional process, technology, organizational, and adoption dependencies that may impact execution of GTM initiatives.
• Serve as the connective tissue across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into executable plans and ensuring technical solutions remain aligned to Sales/GTM objectives and intended business outcomes.
• Proactively identify and manage cross-program risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities; drive teams toward resolution and escalate decisions to executive leadership when necessary.
• Drive clarity and accountability across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring business owners, workstream leads, and cross-functional partners understand their responsibilities, commitments, decisions, and required outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, effectively communicating program health, strategic decisions, risks, investment requirements, and recommendations in a concise and executive-ready manner.
• Influence across organizational boundaries and drive decisions without direct authority, constructively challenging assumptions and the status quo when necessary to achieve the right business outcome.
• Anticipate downstream impacts of decisions across Sales, GTM, technology, operations, and other programs, ensuring dependencies and organizational implications are identified early.
• Lead executive and Steering Committee governance, including developing decision-oriented materials and ensuring leadership forums result in clear decisions, ownership, and follow-through.
• Manage program investment and resource requirements in partnership with business owners and Finance, including identifying capacity needs, evaluating tradeoffs, and supporting business cases and investment decisions.
• Lead organizational readiness and change planning in partnership with business and Change/Enablement teams to ensure new processes, capabilities, and tools translate into meaningful field adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and program health assessments, incorporating insights into future programs and PMO standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to supporting Project and Program Managers, helping strengthen program management capabilities and execution across the organization.
• Partner with PMO leadership and peers to scale the PMO Center of Excellence, advancing enterprise program management standards, frameworks, governance, processes, and best practices.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 12+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs in large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Sales, GTM, Revenue/Sales Operations, or related commercial organizations, with a strong understanding of sales processes, motions, and field execution.
• Proven ability to independently translate ambiguous strategic priorities into structured, executable programs with clear scope, governance, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect program execution to business value, investment requirements, ROI, productivity, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with VP and C-level executives, navigate competing priorities, and drive cross-functional decisions without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, decisions, and executive-ready materials.
• Ability to operate effectively across business and technology teams, understanding technical dependencies and translating them into business implications and actionable plans.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment with significant ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
• AI-curious and forward-thinking, with a working knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and a strong interest in how AI can transform Sales, GTM, and program management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to improve PMO productivity and effectiveness, including planning, analysis, reporting, risk identification, knowledge management, and other program workflows.
• Strong command of program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid; Smartsheet, Asana, Jira or equivalent), with the judgment to apply the right approach to the work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward proactively bringing recommendations and solutions.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other Project/Program Managers and contributing to broader PMO standards and capability development.
• Project/Program Management certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) required; Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience a plus.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

$182,000—$273,000 USD
