Compensation

Registered Nurse base pay ( varies by experience and unit ). We know this is important and will cover in full detail on initial call with you.

• $33.50 - $73.31

Differentials

• Nights: 15%
• Weekends: Psych $1.75/hour

Sign On Bonus

• $30,000 for days and nights, paid over two years with no payback requirement

Unit Openings

Psych Registered Nurse – Natick
Caring for adults, adolescents, and geriatric psychiatric patients across dedicated units. Nurses should expect a fast paced environment and occasional floating.

• Minimum one year RN experience with behavioral health strongly preferred
• 3x12s on days or nights
• Every other weekend
• BLS and RN license required
• ADN or BSN
• On call required (details covered in interview)
