Growing Home Service company is seeking an afternoon/evening and weekend shift dispatcher! 

 
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to serve as first point of contact for our customers. Candidate must be comfortable on the phone and be a great communicator. Multi-tasking and time management skills are also pivotal to the position. 

Previous dispatching experience would be beneficial but not required.

Typical shifts would be 10am-7pm during the week and 8-5 on weekends as assigned. This is an on-site position.

Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        Schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate locations using our software, email, and phones. 
·        Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and follow up calls. 
·        Respond to leads and promote memberships with outbound calls during slow business times. 
·        Keep customers and technicians aware of the status of orders and scheduling changes. 
·        Monitor and reply to texts from customers. 
·        Monitor and respond to leads from online resources such as Google and Yelp. 
·        Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. 
·        Provide technicians with information about traffic, obstacles, and requirements. 
·        Debrief technicians after the completion of jobs. 
·        Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information. 
·        Contact customers to confirm next day appointments via phone call and email.
