Position Overview: This role is an entry point into professional insurance sales and client development. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll focus on outbound calling using leads provided by the agency. Your goal is not to “hard sell,” but to introduce our agency professionally, ask the right questions, and set quality appointments for licensed agents. For the right person, this role can become the foundation for broader responsibility within the agency.
