What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Advisor , you'll be responsible for:

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and following up with leads and referrals

• Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, service, and policy reviews

• Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth

• Follow up with quotes, prospects, and existing customers to identify additional opportunities

• Stay current on insurance products, services, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer information, follow-ups, and policy activity

• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is professional, proactive, coachable, and motivated by results.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence making outbound calls and having sales conversations

• A goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work toward measurable results

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• A willingness to learn and apply coaching

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Compensation Range: $55K - $85K
