Collaborating with the Operations Manager and HR to coach and discipline employees in accordance with the plant rules. This job might be an outstanding fit if you Have 7-10 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of plant operations. Possess at least 5 years of experience working with unions, effectively managing employee relations.
