This is a 3-4 month contract with possible extension

Pay: $40/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

This position is ONSITE in Elyria, OH must be able to commute to Elyria, OH

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Operations Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Providing hands-on supervision on the plant floor for 7-8 hours a day, ensuring operational efficiency and team support.
• Offering constructive feedback on work performance, safety, quality, and teamwork to your direct reports.
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager and HR to coach and discipline employees in accordance with the plant rules.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 7-10 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of plant operations.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience working with unions, effectively managing employee relations.
