This is a 3-4 month contract with possible extension

Pay: $40/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

This position is ONSITE in Elyria, OH must be able to commute to Elyria, OH

What's A Typical Day As Manufacturing Operations Supervisor? You'll Be:

Providing hands-on supervision on the plant floor for 7-8 hours a day, ensuring operational efficiency and team support.

Offering constructive feedback on work performance, safety, quality, and teamwork to your direct reports.

Collaborating with the Operations Manager and HR to coach and discipline employees in accordance with the plant rules.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Have 7-10 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of plant operations.

Possess at least 5 years of experience working with unions, effectively managing employee relations.
