Job Title Operator (Dirt/Earthwork) Pay $25 - $35 hourly *Dependent on job stability and years of experience listed on resume* We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with experience in civil sitework construction. The ideal candidate will be a universal operator proficient in operating a wide range of equipment, including Gannon, Dozer, Loader, Blade, and Scraper, with proven expertise as a finish operator who understands precision grading and site preparation techniques. This position requires a strong knowledge of safety regulations, the ability to interpret blueprints, maps, and technical instructions, and the physical endurance to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
