Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing ManagerSan Jose, CA | Direct HireA growing electronics manufacturer with a strong presence in high-speed signaling and signal integrity is hiring a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer to support regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives. This role works directly with customers across the US to address signal integrity requirements and presents tailored solutions backed by product data, test reports, and simulations.ScheduleFull-time. Some domestic travel expected to support customer engagements and trade events.Compensation$150,000 to $180,000 base, plus 25% bonus.What You'll DoThis role engages with customers across the US to understand and address signal integrity requirements, presenting tailored solutions that draw on product data, test reports, and simulations. The engineer collaborates closely with internal engineering teams to refine product designs and support customer-specific applications, ensuring alignment with high-frequency and EMI requirements. The role also includes contributing to research and development initiatives, helping identify emerging trends and contributing to industry standards work. Representing the company at trade events and industry symposiums is part of the position, along with developing technical documentation such as test reports and technical papers to support sales and marketing efforts. The engineer also provides training and technical support to sales teams on signal integrity concepts and coordinates with product partners to evaluate new technologies for customer offerings.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering3 to 5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industriesProficiency with ANSYS HFSS or an equivalent 3D FEM solverExperience with high-speed lab equipmentStrong understanding of signal integrity concepts, with analytical skills to troubleshoot high-speed systemsExperience with high-speed signals up to 224 GbpsPreferred QualificationsExperience with high-speed signals up to 448 GbpsFamiliarity with IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADSWorking knowledge of Python or C#Compensation and BenefitsBase salary $150,000 to $180,00025% annual bonusComprehensive benefits packageRelocation support availableTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
