Senior Manager Regulatory Strategy

Lundbeck is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Strategy to lead U.S. and global regulatory strategies for neuroscience products within the Legal & Regulatory Compliance team. You will drive regulatory planning across development and commercial portfolios, lead interactions with FDA and other health authorities, and ensure submissions (INDs, NDAs, MAAs, supplements) meet evolving guidelines. Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial to enable compliant innovation. You’ll mentor team members, shape internal policies, and champion Lundbeck’s patient‑focused, integrity‑driven culture while supporting continuous improvement in regulatory excellence.
