Job Title: Merchandiser Location: Joplin, MO 64804 Job Type: Part Time Salary: $16.00 hourly Shift: Saturdays & Sundays, starting around 6:45 AM. Responsibilities Neatly merchandize displays and shelves, and maintain clean shelf conditions. Build display point of sale in all areas of stores. Properly rotate product. Maintain accurate price tags and point of sale in all departments. Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule. Identify and communicate individual store problems and opportunities to the sales management staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Strong work ethic, detail oriented, quality focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Ability to work in fast-paced distribution environment and flexibility to work weekends as needed. Physical qualifications: stand for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, or crouch; lift above head; lift heavy items up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 185 pounds (keg); go back and forth from cold coolers; climb ladders; talk and hear.
