We are seeking a dedicated **Physical Therapist (PT)** to provide evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment in **Glenwood, Arkansas**.Glenwood offers the perfect blend of **small-town charm and outdoor adventure**. Located near the Ouachita Mountains and Caddo River, the area provides year-round opportunities for **kayaking, hiking, fishing, and scenic outdoor recreation**, along with a welcoming community, affordable living, and easy access to Hot Springs and Little Rock for additional entertainment and amenities.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.* Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.* Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff.* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques.* Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment**Qualifications:*** Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.* Active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility).* 1–3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome).* Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.* Commitment to evidence-based care and measurable patient outcomes.**Physical Demands:*** Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.* Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.* May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.*Hot Springs Sports Medicine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that values and encourages diversity.*### Apply for this position
