The Trevor Project is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Manager to lead day-to-day administration of health and retirement programs, wellness, and leave, ensuring accuracy and equity. You will partner with the Director, Total Rewards to evolve Trevor’s benefits strategy for a distributed, remote workforce that includes both union and non‑union staff.
