Pay: Estimated Annual Earnings $64,500-$161,800 (Commission Pay Plan)

Schedule: Schedule TBD; Open availability to work any day/shift

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm; Saturday: 7am-4pm

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and act as the main contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
• You'll report to the service manager and collaborate over weekly and monthly goals

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands.
• Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Strong written & vocal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500-$161,800.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
