Service Advisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a service advisory role. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, helping to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience from arrival to completion. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities effectively, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document service needs accurately, and communicate them clearly to the service team.
• Explain recommended services, timelines, and estimates in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with technicians and other internal teams.
• Monitor service progress and provide timely updates to customers regarding their vehicles or equipment.
• Review completed work with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes.
• Handle scheduling, service orders, and related administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards for quality and customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, advisory, or a related client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and approachable way.
• Comfortable working with service software, scheduling systems, and basic office tools.
