Honda Service Advisor

Location: Huntington Beach, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week. As our Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us! What You’ll Do Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle Offer solutions and added services to guests Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score Process monetary transactions What You’ll Need Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a similar setting A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Creative, positive, team player attitude Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance 401k Matching and FSA Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (accrues) Supplemental Insurance (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness) Discounts on Vehicles, Services, and Parts #J-18808-Ljbffr
