Service Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a service advisory role. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, helping to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience from arrival to completion. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities effectively, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming experience. Listen to customer concerns, document service needs accurately, and communicate them clearly to the service team. Explain recommended services, timelines, and estimates in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with technicians and other internal teams. Monitor service progress and provide timely updates to customers regarding their vehicles or equipment. Review completed work with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes. Handle scheduling, service orders, and related administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes as needed. Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards for quality and customer service. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalation issues when appropriate. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, advisory, or a related client-facing role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Ability to explain technical information in a clear and approachable way. Comfortable working with service software, scheduling systems, and basic office tools. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through. Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Attributes Experience in an automotive, equipment, or similar service environment. Familiarity with estimates, work orders, invoicing, or repair coordination.
