Roofing Sales Consultant

Pay: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year
Location: In-Person
Job Type: Full-Time

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
• Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs
• Educate customers on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
• Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to completion
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the IBC Roofing brand with professionalism

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
