Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality patient care within a fast-paced emergency department
• Coordinate with a team to manage patient flow efficiently
• Operate Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and utilize Cerner documentation systems
• Adhere to AIDET protocol and update patient boards regularly
• Ensure respectful patient interactions and experiences

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Active RN license
• 2 years of experience in a Level II trauma center/emergency department
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start date
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within the ER setting
