Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for an LTAC population, including assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and therapies per the individualized care plan and physician orders
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record
- Monitor for changes in patient condition and escalate concerns per protocol
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients' families and caregivers
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards, including timely turnover and appropriate documentation

Requirements
- Active RN license (state requirements not specified)
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to commit to a 6-week travel assignment
- Experience in LTAC or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
