About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Project Manager to lead mid- to large-scale commercial flooring projects from concept to completion. As the quarterback and primary face of project execution, you'll coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and general contractors to deliver work on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position oversees schedules, budgets, and construction documentation while serving as a trusted partner to clients from start to finish. Success in this role takes a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented leader with construction expertise who stays steady when plans change and takes ownership of results. Everything we do is built on great work and a team that supports each other, and you'll play a real part in how our culture continues to grow.
What you'll do:
This full-time role is based in Denver, CO and is primarily on-site Monday through Friday, either in the office or at project sites across the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. In-office presence Monday through Friday is required during the first 90 days of employment. After that, hybrid flexibility may be available depending on project workload and job site locations. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel between job sites, and occasional travel outside of Colorado may be needed based on project needs.
Compensation:
$79,000 - $108,000 per year
Our Benefits:
Workplace Elements provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
