At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will lead LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management. This role is bilingual. The main role is to lead the Product Roadmap and support various requests related to product and overall business. The role requires constant communication with Top Management and the BM (Business Management) Team, as well as the Sales Team that includes Builder (National, Regional, Distributors) and Luxury (Dealers). Key Responsibilities Lead the Product Roadmap and support product and business requests. Maintain constant communication with Top Management, BM team, and Sales teams. Lead the Cross‑over process for any large or small RFPs, ensuring product knowledge and competitive analysis (e.g., Kitchen Packages, Laundry sets). Diligently perform main roles and responsibilities and support other teams within the Business Division, including Sales, Marketing, SCM, Product Planning, and Operations. Qualifications Product or business management experience at Senior Manager level. Leadership experience (Team Leader, Task Leader). Korean/English speaking recommended for communication with US and Korea headquarters. Experience in Builder/Luxury Property Relationship Management and Product Strategy, Sales Tool Development Management. Top‑down experience with large developer projects, reporting, and competitive market analysis. Builder NPI Management – lifecycle, market sensing, VOC gathering, communication. Skills Proficient in Excel (OLAP), PowerPoint, Salesforce. Product Management experience. Data extraction and analysis. Proficient presentation skills in front of public audiences. Compensation Recruiting Range: $140,000 – $165,000 USD.
