Back of House Closing Team Member
Little Blue Menu® is an innovation kitchen brand created by Chick-fil-A®, inspired by the founder of Chick-fil-A's first restaurant established in 1946, where he tested different menu items and presented them on a blue menu. Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering.
Wage Rate: $15.50-$17.50

What You'll Do:
- Prepare high-quality food quickly and consistently
- Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe kitchen.
- Handle fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency.
- Keep up with the rush while ensuring every meal is perfect.
- Work as a team to support each other in a high-energy kitchen environment.
- Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment.
- Follow Chick-fil-A's strict food safety procedures to ensure every meal is served fresh and safe.
- Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team.
What We're Looking For:
- You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in your work.
- You're capable of standing for long periods and able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy items when required.
- You can thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- You're a team player—you know that the kitchen only runs smoothly when everyone works together.
- You're not afraid of hard work and love the satisfaction of a job well done.
- You are willing to learn, grow, and improve every day.
- Closing availability is required. You must be able to work until 11:00 PM/11:30 PM during each of your shifts year around.
