Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain Logistics

Title: SVP Finance, Global Supply Chain

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain Logistics to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for global logistics and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with supply chain leaders to optimize logistics performance, enhance financial visibility, drive cost efficiencies, and support strategic business initiatives across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner, providing strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Logistics leaders.
\n
• Drive logistics operational performance through financial analysis, operational metrics, and strategic recommendations.
\n
• Develop and implement end-to-end processes, analytics, and reporting tools to support logistics execution, cost management, and operational effectiveness.
\n
• Monitor external logistics market trends and provide insights regarding potential impacts on business operations.
\n
• Increase visibility into logistics spending drivers and collaborate across functional teams to improve financial performance.
\n
• Analyze the effects of sales volume, demand planning, and supply planning on logistics costs and operational outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment and compliance with supply chain and logistics processes.
\n
• Identify, evaluate, and support execution of logistics cost-saving initiatives.
\n
• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
\n
• Build and enhance forecasting capabilities for logistics expenditures.
\n
• Standardize and automate logistics spend reporting and financial statement impact analysis.
\n
• Support business transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations impacting logistics operations.
\n
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and compliance standards related to logistics activities.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
\n
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or financial accounting.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain finance-related roles.
\n
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
\n
• Extensive expertise in manufacturing and supply chain finance operations.
\n
• Experience with global operating models, governance frameworks, and process standardization.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
\n
• Proven ability to develop and execute global logistics and supply chain finance strategies.
\n
• Experience collaborating within global teams to establish and improve standards and best practices.
\n
• Strong coaching, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
\n
• Experience supporting ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
