Ortet is a frontier AI lab for health based in New York City, currently in founding stages and operating in person. You will lead the talent function, building the team behind Ortet and shaping how, when, and whom we hire, onboard, compensate, and support to sustain a fast-moving, high-impact organization.
You’ll own recruiting, onboarding, and people operations across Intelligence Infrastructure, Frontier Research, Translation & Deployment, and Operational Support, with equity and meaningful
