HQ Intern Associate Student Associates perform a variety of functions and tasks in support of the department in which they are assigned. Specific duties will be related to the project work or operational assignments that each department is in need of assistance with. Student Associates may work in a full-time or part-time capacity dependent on department need and student availability. They will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and complete independent work under the guidance of a supervisor. Essential Functions Work on temporary assignment to complete projects or operational responsibilities. Gain valuable work experience in a professional environment. Work cross-functionally to complete high impact projects. Learn about the manufacturing industry and department processes. Tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
