Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating a mix of individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy aimed at helping clients manage their dependencies, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve positive behavioral changes.

• Establish realistic treatment goals with clients, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date patient records that align with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with the clinical director to conduct chart audits and approve treatment documentation.

• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision sessions, sharing insights and receiving constructive feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Think critically about treatment methodologies and participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve overall care standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
