P&C Commissioning Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager – Level 3 to support large-scale energy projects, including utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, and electrical power systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead commissioning activities from mechanical completion through energization, startup, testing, and final turnover. Coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, testing vendors, SCADA integrators, utilities, and internal teams. Oversee system walkdowns, punch list closure, commissioning procedures, and test documentation. Support interconnection and grid compliance testing. Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project requirements. Ideal Background: Substations and Electrical Power Systems Commissioning, Energization & Startup EPC, OEM and Utility Coordination This is a hands‑on, execution-focused contract opportunity for a commissioning professional comfortable working in active construction environments, with travel and extended commissioning schedules as required.
