Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and process change request forms and doctor selection requests received through the member portal and system queues.
- Process provider termination requests, execute membership moves, and initiate termination letter requests to impacted members.
- Manually process provider selections for members who are unable to complete auto-assignment through the health plan system.
- Track and report provider selection errors identified from call center representative activity.
- Retrieve, review, and process incoming returned mail and fax-based requests.
- Process provider member disenrollment requests in accordance with policy and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of data entry or general office experience.
- Proficiency with member portals, queues, and standard office software for accurate data processing.
- Detail orientation with the ability to meet daily throughput and quality targets.
- Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination.
